In some cases, shipping may take up to 7–10 business days due to courier operations, peak seasons, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on external factors beyond our control.
4. Express / Priority Shipping
Where available, express shipping options may be offered for faster delivery within approximately 4–6 business days. Availability depends on serviceability in your area.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above ₹2000, subject to ongoing promotional offers.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Breezeo is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund as applicable.
