1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
You have received a damaged, defective, wrong, or tampered product
The product is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
A clear, continuous unboxing video is shared from the moment the package is opened, showing the issue clearly
The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Please note:
Edited, cut, or incomplete videos will not be accepted
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
2. No Return / No Exchange Cases
We currently follow a no return policy in the following situations:
Change of mind
Personal preference (liking/disliking the product)
Minor color or texture variations due to lighting or screen differences
Incorrect expectations not matching product description
Products purchased during sale or marked as non-returnable are also not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Product Details & Customer Responsibility
We request customers to carefully review all product details before placing an order, including:
Material and finish
Size, dimensions, and capacity
Product features and usage details
We make every effort to provide accurate visuals and descriptions. Requests based on overlooked product details may not be eligible for return or exchange.

7. Damaged During Use
Any damage caused due to improper usage, handling, storage, or failure to follow product care instructions will not be eligible for exchange and return.

10. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Breezeo, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
Cancellation policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed.
• Cancellations after 4 hours of placement are not permitted, regardless of whether the order has been processed or not.
• A 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund for all approved cancellations to cover transaction and processing charges, regardless of when the cancellation is requested.
• Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours from our end. It may take 6–7 banking days to reflect in your account.
• If you do not receive the refund after this period, please contact your bank.
• No cancellations or modifications are permitted once the order has been processed or shipped.
• Any order modifications, including changes to colour, address, or order details, can be requested without cancellation, subject to the order not being processed.
• Customers must contact us at the earliest for any cancellation or modification request, as assistance is only possible before order processing.
Breezeo Refund Policy
At Breezeo, we take every step to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, but we understand that unforeseen issues may occur during transit. Please note that we follow a strict no-refund policy; we do not offer monetary refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. In approved cases involving a damaged, wrong, or tampered product, we provide a replacement or exchange only. To qualify for a resolution, a continuous, unedited unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery, showing the package being opened for the first time with the concern clearly visible. Claims will not be entertained for change of mind, personal preferences, or issues regarding size and material if the product matches the description provided. Furthermore, any damage resulting from improper usage, handling, or failure to follow care instructions is ineligible for exchange. Items purchased during a clearance sale are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. By placing an order with Breezeo, you acknowledge and agree that minor variations in color or texture are natural and that our resolution process is limited to exchanges for verified defects.
